The app has constant 3 second loading signs every single time you submit or move on to anything which gets super annoying. I also had it completely freeze on me and I ve only been using it for like 10 minutes. And it s less intuitive on how to go back and forth if you needed to check or change something. Never had an issue, but now they no longer offer free service to military members and I was stuck in an infinite loop unable to digitally send my State Taxes despite nothing being wrong with the form that it demanded I correct. I have never had these issues, and moving forward, I will not be recommending TurboTax nor using it myself anymore. After entering all my information, I m ready to file but can t remember which package level I selected and what it includes. There seems to be no way to go back and review let alone make changes. I even reached out to chat support and they can t tell me how to review or change plans. I can add or remove Max but I can t switch between plans.
